Healthy habits are something I have struggled with for a long time. I mean, I eat fairly healthy, though portion size is an issue. And sugar is definitely a major challenge.
Earlier this year, I started taking a new supplement. I noticed some subtle changes, though nothing dramatic. Then, I had to stop taking it for a few months. Again, I didn’t notice anything dramatic.
Last month, I was able to start the DNA based supplement again. It’s amazing how NOT taking something for a while, and then starting again can prove just how much it was doing for me! Within just a couple of weeks, I started noticing more energy, and less fatigue.
Towards the end of the month, I was getting the nudge from my guides: it’s time to start moving your body more. Exercise has never been easy for me. It needs to be something that doesn’t aggravate my chronic pain. I have to want to do it for one reason or another – unfortunately that rarely lasts very long. It has to be affordable, and fit in my schedule. That’s a pretty tall order, not easily filled.
The three types of exercise I’ve enjoyed in the past are yoga, deep water aerobics, and Zumba. Inevitably, finding one that fits my schedule has proven to be the insurmountable hurdle in the past. And budget, to some degree.
I couldn’t ignore the insistent thought, though: I need to move my body. I need to find a way to exercise.
It took some juggling. I had to talk to my boys about being dropped off at school early. I had to talk to my work about coming in a bit later. And, last week, I made a commitment to start going to deep water aerobics three days a week.
I’ve only been to three classes so far. I had to push myself to get out of bed yesterday, and ended up going home early and sleeping, though I’m not sure if that was workout related or not. I’m still going back tomorrow.
I don’t think this would have even been possible for me without Uforia Science supplements. Knowing that the supplements I am taking support my body at a genetic level, and feeling the difference in energy has been wonderful. I’m so grateful to WANT to move more.
Blessings,
Mary
