Not sure if life coaching is right for you? Still on the fence about that guided meditation you’ve been looking at? Here’s what other people have to say:
I have protection shield [guided meditation] – absolutely love it. Finally being able to shield myself after 38 years of exposure has made such incredible amazing wonderful difference in my life @ home, work etc.
Everyone has noticed such a good difference in me. You have not only help me make my own life so much more pleasant f but my husband & 3 beautiful children as well so much so I can’t say thank you so enough. especially since I am one who has such a busy mind I found meditation without guidance almost impossible. I would like to get your grounded mediation as well. I pray someday I will be able to afford to buy your entire collection… I am so truly grateful that
you offer these free ones till then you have no idea. You’ve been such a blessing in my life from the bottom of my heart again I say THANK YOU from the entire family.
After trying some guided meditation for the first time last night, I decided to do a bit of research and found your website very interesting. I suffer from very bad episodes of panic and depression, so I quickly decided that having a sacred place would be a wonderful idea. I sat in my bed with my hands on my thighs and listened. I never saw those 17 minutes, to me it felt like 5 minutes at most. But I discovered the most wonderful place my mind could come up with and found myself crying (of joy? relief?) as the spirit guides showed themselves to me. It was a fantastic experience and I don’t regret a single second of it.
I downloaded this at work, planning to transfer it to my iPod for later, and decided to take a quick listen. Less than 30 seconds in, I was hooked. I closed my office door and let the meditation guide me. It was exactly what I needed on a stressful day, and the unexpected benefit is that I now have a sacred space at the office! Mary’s voice is so soothing, and the music is a perfect complement. Love it!
Two years ago when I first listened to this meditation, I loved it but thought I wouldn’t need to listen to it again once I’d established my sacred space. Then one day, after listening to another of Mary’s meditations, this one started to play, and I was curious to hear it again. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that my sacred space had changed. I found myself in a place I hadn’t been to since I was a kid, a place with an even deeper connection to myself and the world. I could never have found it again without this guided meditation. I now listen to this every so often, and it helps me discover new things about my sacred space and myself. Thank you, Mary!
The first session of coaching is a unique experience, you are given a few writing exercises with specific questions; Mary takes this information, explaining what she is doing and you end up with a profile of the truth of your self. I was very impressed and in awe of how accurate the “profile” was, it was a big eye opener to me. It was one of those “ah ha” moments to realize that I had stopped doing some of the things that I love, activities that involve being who I am, that are enjoyable and nurturing to my soul.
Mary is a very patient, kind and supportive coach, she’s an attentive listener and notices body language, tone of voice, and other cues that something is going on internally. There have been times when I’ve been feeling resistant about focusing on or working on resolving an issue. Mary helps me to dig through the feelings, to sort out the unease and seek the root cause, and she does this in a very compassionate manner. I also have to say she does bring my attention to the barriers I place around situations and does challenge me to answer why that wall of defense is there.
I really respect Mary because she works with me to resolve issues. I know that no one is able to do the work or make positive changes for me, it’s my responsibility, and Mary also works from this philosophy. When I have discovered that something is lacking or causing ripples in other areas of my life, she will ask “What are you going to do about it?” She does not tell you how to resolve it, instead you work together to come up with a plan of action, and the changes you would like to make and what they would look like in your life.
I also love that Mary comes from her heart when working with me, and she brings the spiritual, metaphysical, universal law aspect of life into her work. Something that is lacking in many coaching/counseling sessions that is important to me personally.
If you are looking for a life coach who encourages you to discover the truth about yourself, someone to explore the challenges that come up and a person who helps you to make a realistic action plan to resolve issues, Mary is the coach for you!
