I’m technically still on vacation, so this will be brief.
There are quite a few things still on my to-do list for the last few days of my vacation, because my focus has been on rest.
I have not yet made any new goals or resolutions. I rarely make New Years resolutions anyway. I’ll be working on my goals for the year this weekend in preparation for the new moon. Mostly, I am still resting, and cross stitching, and playing Lemmings.
I have such nostalgia for that game! I used to play it when it was a DOS game.
I will be doing my yearly tarot spread later today. I pull a card for the overall year, and one for each month. When I looked back at last year’s, it was pretty accurate overall!
I had thought to do more sewing. I am remarkably calm about not getting a few projects done that have been on hold for months. And I feel little pressure or guilt to get to it.
I’m more interested in finishing the cross stitch I am working on now, and getting started with the next ones. I am excited to be working on two stitch-a-longs, one is only a few months, and one is a year long project.
I hope your holidays were as relaxing and renewing as mine.
Blessings,
Mary
