Last week I had my aura read using a Biopulsar Reflexograph. A friend of mine had an aura party, and we each received a quick reading and a print out of our aura.
This weekend was the pagan festival of Imbolc. It marks the beginning of spring – it’s a time of cleaning out the old, and setting goals for the coming year.
I haven’t been going to sleep quite as early as I would like. I’ve been getting up extra early, nurturing my new baby habit of doing yoga AND meditation when I first wake up.
