A few weeks ago, I wrote that I felt that the fog was finally lifting. I’m excited to get back to projects I’ve had on hold since before the pandemic began.

And I’m running up against the same challenge I was having before the pandemic. Time.
I have so many things I want to accomplish – learn, read, write, do, see, experience – they exceed the limited amount of unscheduled time I have.
Yesterday I typed out a to-do list for myself of the most immediate tasks I would like to accomplish, some of which have a deadline in the next month or two. It was 3/4 of a page long. A few of the items were reminders that won’t take long to cross off the list. However, most of that page was writing projects.
So I decided it’s time to take a break from my normal routine and do some writing. Though that means I’m probably going to take a break from writing my blog for a couple of weeks so I can focus on the other writing projects I want to complete.
Unless something just needs to be written for here. Or I can’t focus. Or I’m procrastinating on the other projects.
You know what, I’m taking a break, and I will come back. I always come back.
Stay safe. Be well and healthy, and I will see you soon!
Blessings,
Mary

I hear you, Mary! I have spent the summer looking after my 8 year old granddaughter as my daughter couldn’t find daycare in North Van…..I haven’t had energy to work on my tarot and other interests. At 70, I don’t have a lot of energy in normal times! Haha!
I hope you get time for a break soon!
